Ability to have limits set overnight

I have an app that I want to limit access to from 9:00 at night until 7:00 the next morning so that I don't get distracted while I'm getting ready for work. I had to create two rules to do this:

1. One that ran from 9:00 to midnight

2. A second one from midnight to 7:00 a.m.

It would be great if you could have the option to set just one that extends overnight.
