Need to indicate there's a minimum character length for reasons

The other day, when I was setting up the app, I didn't realize that I needed the reason to edit the groups to be a certain character length. Maybe some ghost text in the form when you first open it, like just say, "Fill up this line," or something, to indicate that you have to do more than two words.
