Parent Mode v1

This will be an actively developing feature as I get more feedback from parents.

Currently, parent mode gates the password recovery option behind a recovery question/answer. This is to eliminate the potential for someone to bypass their limits by using the existing 24 hour wait for a passcode reset.

This mode also pairs really well with the uninstall block feature.
