Website limits and "Never Allow" list

For websites, hourly limits can only be enforced on Safari, apple does not track website usage on any other browser.

To account for this I have added a never allow list to Precursor and an option to block adult websites directly in Precursor. Any website added to the never allow list will be blocked across all browsers indefinitely, until you remove it from the list.

additionally you may add apps to the never allow list!
